For processing your case, Rein Medical needs the serial number of the relevant device.
For CLINIO, SILENIO, and iOi series, the serial number is located on the back of the device.
For OPERION, consult the operating room plans, where serial numbers and features are documented. If you have questions, contact the installation supervisor. The serial number is on the right side of the front module behind the seal.
Once the device arrives, you will receive a quote and information on processing time from our customer service.
IMPORTANT: Do not send devices for repair without an RMA number provided by us. Shipments without an RMA number will be immediately returned. We cannot take any responsibility for shipments without an RMA number.
